• Which machining operations can you perform?

  We can turn, mill, deep hole drill, grind, hone, tumble finish, assemble, pack products specially, wash products to high standards and measure in 3D. Click here for more information.

• What is the average turnaround time?

  Our average turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of order, fast-track delivery is possible subject to your enquiry.

• Which tolerances are uses as standard?

  If no tolerances have been specified, we produce in accordance with the tolerances defined for linear and angular dimensions in ISO 2768mK.

• Which types of post-machining operations can you offer?

  Tempering, blackening, tumble finishing, bead blasting, washing/centrifuging, vacuum packing (protective atmosphere). In addition to these post-machining operations, we can also offer a wide range of surface treatment, heat treatment and special (clean room) packing: (hard) anodising, coating, electropolishing, tempering, hard chroming, 'hardcor' treatment, passivating, nickel plating, galvanising, blackening.

• Can dimensional reports be delivered with the products?

  Yes, this is possible. We monitor quality continuously during production. If a physical dimensional report is required, we can supply it with the products or send it digitally.

• What materials do you machine?

  We machine practically all metal alloys (including engineering steel, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, nickel alloys, copper alloys) and engineering plastics (e.g. PE, HMPE, PEEK, PMMA, POM, PP, PTFE, PVC, PVDF). We keep a stock of popular materials and sizes.

• Can material certificates be delivered with the products?

  Our material procurement is completely traceable. We can supply material certificates if required, however you must indicate this in your request for quotation.

• Do you have a clean room?

  We have a clean room ISO Class 6. We also have a cleaning machine based on modified alcohol and can pack in clean conditions.

• What do you need in order to produce components?

  We require a working drawing specifying the geometry, the material, the linear and angular tolerances, roughness and possibly the hardness in order to make products. In addition, we require a 3D model. If this cannot be provided, we can make one based on a sample and/or specifications.
