And our service extends even further! To guarantee short turnaround times, we keep various commonly used materials in stock at our warehouse. We contribute ideas on the best way to manufacture your product and are happy to advise you. Our capabilities include producing in a clean environment and delivering products with material certificates to guarantee material traceability. After each machining step, all products are measured in our climate-controlled CMM room - which is equipped with two 3D coordinate measuring machines - and can be supplied with a dimensional report if required. Do you have specific post-machining requirements? We can also provide this for your product, in combination with mechanical machining. Our in-house capabilities include tumble finishing, bead blasting, tempering and blackening. Other operations such as (hard) anodising, coating, electropolishing, tempering, hard chroming, hard inchromizing, 'hardcor' treatment, passivating, nickel plating, galvanising, blackening and clean room packing are subcontracted to external suppliers. Thanks to our good contacts with a variety of specialised suppliers, we can offer short lead times for these services. We test, assemble, label and pack your products or assemblies in our assembly area.
