Fijnmechanische Industrie Goorsenberg in Nijmegen specialises in CNC turning, CNC milling and grinding. We operate an extensive range of highly modern machinery. Our CNC machines are controlled via CAD/CAM systems. All our machines are automated and equipped for example with pallet handling and product handling facilities. We also offer various grinding operations to finish your turned and milled components.
Machining
CNC Turning
We specialise in both short-swing CNC turning and CNC bar-feed turning.
Short-swing turning
We produce turned parts of up to 250 mm in diameter on our Mori Seiki and Doosan lathes.
The machines are automated so that we can also produce with minimum operator input.
Additional milling operations are no problem as these are performed on these machines using driven tools.
Bar-feed turning
We produce bar stock product of up 32 mm in diameter on our bar-feed turning machines. We can also deep hole drill up to a diameter of 10 mm and a length of approximately 250 mm.
CNC Milling
Our CAD/CAM systems and modern machinery allow us to produce 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Matsuura machining centre with its robotic cell produces under operator supervision during the day and runs completely unattended at night. So we can deliver at lightning speed and in quantities ranging from single products to small series. Do you require urgent delivery? No problem!
Our Stama MC734 is a very special machine. We produce turned and milled parts from bar stock (up to a maximum of 80 mm diameter) on this mill/turn machine.
Do you require a large volume of CNC milled parts on a short lead time? We can also handle challenges of this type. Because we operate several Mazak machining centres for 4 and 5 axis milling, we have extensive CNC milling capacity available. The machines are equipped with zero-point clamping systems for greater flexibility.
Grinding
In addition to turning and milling operations, we can also surface grind, cylindrically grind and hone products.
